The next big Switch Update, version 3.00, got detailed today. And it brings some big changes to the console, like preventing unwanting HDMI switching and playing with a wired Pro controller.

These changes bring some much-wanted fan features, including the HDMI change. The update is making the console more accessible to others. It is available for download now.
My Take - This update is making the console easier and making it more accessible to others. I know people who had some problems with the HDMI issue, and they were relieved when this update got posted. I didn't find it to be a bother and liked the feature, now excuse me while I play Zelda in greyscale.
